Welcome to #MeetTheTeam Monday and Today, we’d like you to meet Keith!

#WordsofWisdom: Outwork and out market your competition and your business will grow, it’s that simple! Always dream big, the greater the dream the greater the team. Lastly, your employees are your customers. Treat them like gold and they will treat the customers the same!

Bio: Keith was born and raised here in Baltimore, Maryland. He went to Baltimore Polytechnic Institute- Go Poly! Attended college at Towson University (which was called Towson State at the time). He now lives in Bel Air, MD with his wife, Beth, of 21 years, and his two kids, Emma and Josh. He has two dogs, a Chocolate Lab named Rocky (Yes, Rocky Marchiano lives!) and a Lab/Pit mix named Roscoe who we rescued. He is super active in my church, St. Francis de Sales and in my Knights of Columbus council. Besides running the operations for the IT division here at One Source, He is the treasurer of Boy Scout Troop 810 and he is the head coach for Hickory 15u travel baseball team.

Fun Fact: Keith played baseball from the age of 7 until he was 44 years old.

Keith was brought into One Source in June of 2014 to start up our managed IT services division here at One Source. It is the most rewarding experience of my career and my favorite part is working with my employees and co-workers in a family atmosphere. We truly do care for each other.
